Denmark: amount of food waste – dairies account

In Denmark, according to a report of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries almost half of Danish food waste occurs in the industry, 385000 tons out of the total 814000 tons of waste. Out of the 385000 tonnes, dairies account for 218000 tonnes.
