In Germany, after a pilot last year, now starting November member farms of the biggest German dairy cooperative DMK can fix the future milk price of 30 percent of their monthly production volume. DMK will offer a fix price for the next twelve months. Farms can fix their price for this period for a maximum volume of 30 percent of their production.
