In Ireland the second biggest dairy cooperative Aurivo offers its members a fixed milk price for three years (2021, 2022, 2023) of 32.5 eurocent per litre with 3.6 percent fat and 3.3 percent protein. For the average real percentage of fat and protein this will mean 37.28 eurocent per litre. Members can fix their price for a maximum volume of 15 percent of their milk supply in 2020. Aurivo has around 1000 milk suppliers supplying nearly 500 million litres of milk per year.
