In Holland an analyses of four million tank milk samples in 2017 and 2018 shows that the level of phosphorous in tank milk samples between farms can vary 25 percent. Average the level was 102.0 milligram phosphorous per 100 grams milk. Between most farms the lever varied between 90 and 115 milligrams. On farms with Jersey cows the average was 115 grams.
