The German private dairy Bauer, located in the southern state Bavaria and specialized in fruit yoghurt and cheese will in 2021 introduce vegan yoghurt and vegan cheese. The vegan yoghurt will be based on oats and the vegan cheese will be based on potato starch and olive oil.
