In Austria in 2020 the of consumption per capita of milk was 75.1 kilogram (2019: 74.4 kg), of butter was 5.3 kilogram (2019: 5.6 kg) and of cheese was 23.0 kilogram (2019: 22.4 kg). The self-sufficiency rate of consumption milk was 177 percent (2019: 170%), of butter was 73 percent (2019: 69 %) and of cheese was 94 percent (2019: 97 %). (AMA)
