Austria exported in 2020 a volume of 155900 tonnes cheese which was 1.8 percent more than in 2019. Cheeses import increased 4.0 percent to 130800 tonnes. Of the cheese export 50 percent went to Germany and of the cheese import 56 percent came from Germany.
