The United Kingdom imported in the first six month of 2021 12 percent less dairy products compared to the same period one year before. Biggest decrease made whey and whey products: 39 percent. Import of butter and fats decreased 37 percent, cheese and curd fell 21 percent. However: import of milk and cream increased 17 percent. Also dairy export decreased 12 percent and also here whey and whey products decreased the most: 42 percent, butter and fats 36 percent, yogurt and buttermilk 34 percent, cheese and curd 22 percent while export of milk and cream increased 2 percent.
