The Dutch minister of Agriculture has lifted the ban on export of cattle outside the EU, under the conditions that the cattle gets rest and food on one of the seven official rest places outside the EU. This is checked by tracking the trucks by GPS. The export was forbidden last year because there was doubt about the used rest places.
